Shareholder registration is now open, and the actual ordering of shares will begin in the coming days (date to be specified).
We have decided to split the subscription into two rounds.
In the first round (as of now), we are registering shareholders in advance because we expect a lot of interest and we want to “spread” the burden of ours and yours. Shareholder registration (completion of the registration form with shareholder details) is a condition for subsequent ordering of shares.
In the second round (in the following days), the actual ordering of shares will begin. The date will be announced soon.
At the same time, the full Terms and conditions of registration and order for public subscription of shares which shareholders must agree to when registering and ordering. Please study carefully.

Shareholder registration
- Get to know the document Terms and conditions of registration and order for public subscription of shares
- Log in to the WEDOS Customer Service Centre, or log in to the WEDOS Customer Service Centre. create a customer account first
- In the shares section you will find basic information about the subscription process, a form for shareholder registration and a list of shareholders with the possibility of editing the data.
- Fill in the shareholder registration form
Multiple shareholders may be listed under one customer account. You can order part of the shares e.g. to the company, part privately, etc.
The identifier of the shareholder is its ID number (legal entity) or RČ (natural person). A shareholder may be registered only once. Once a shareholder is created, their “identity” (company name, first name, last name, ID number) can no longer be changed, only their contact information can be edited. The information provided must be true and complete; providing false information will forfeit the right to receive shares.
