Today, we have started using a better and more seamless gateway for payment of orders by credit cards, and now we also allow online payment via Volksbank internet banking.
Until now, we have been using the foreign company MoneyBookers.com as an intermediary for credit/debit card transactions, but there have been frequent problems with their payment gateway (requiring registration or login, charging in the wrong currency and resulting exchange rate differences, etc.).
We are now switching to the GP WebPay payment gateway, which does not have such problems and card payments will be better, faster and without problems. This gateway supports VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron and Maestro cards.
We have also offered significantly easier and faster payment for customers with Volksbank bank accounts. When choosing online payment, they will be redirected to their online banking account where they will log in and confirm the pre-filled payment order. Within 10 minutes the transaction is complete and the order is paid.
In total, we now offer 12 payment methods for orders of hosting services (domains, web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and also deposits to a deposit account):
- bank transfer in the Czech Republic – classic transfer to our bank account in Fio banka in the Czech Republic, 1-2 working days
- bank transfer in Slovakia – classic transfer to our bank account in Fio banka in Slovakia, 1-2 working days
- credit card – online payment using your credit/debit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro), processing time 10 minutes
- PayPal – payment from PayPal.com wallet, especially suitable for payments from abroad, processing time 10 minutes
- superCASH – payment in cash at SAZKA terminals and branches of the Czech Post, processing time 10 minutes (almost 5000 payment points across the Czech Republic, they are usually open even on weekends and holidays, sometimes late into the night)
- Mojeplatba – on-line payment from Komerční banka account, processing time up to 1 hour
- ePlatby – on-line payment from Raiffeisenbank account, processing time up to 1 hour
- mPeníze – on-line payment from mBank account, processing time up to 1 hour
- Volksbank – on-line payment from Volksbank account, processing time up to 1 hour
- GoPay wallet – pay with your credit at www.gopay.cz, processing time 10 minutes
- Advance account – prepaid credit, immediate payment of orders
