We are recruiting additional staff for the customer support department of hosting services – day and night shifts, communication with customers by phone and e-mail, answering questions, solving basic problems.
We are looking for staff to provide round the clock customer support for our hosting services – domain, web hosting and server hosting. Working day and night shifts including weekends and holidays.
Of course, this position can also be a stepping stone for progressing to technical positions – Linux, Windows, hardware or network administrator.

Job description
- communication with customers by phone, e-mail and other communication channels
- answering questions about services
- solving basic technical problems
- assisting customers with setting up hosting services
- shift operation – day and night shifts including weekends and holidays (12-hour shifts 6:00-18:00 and 18:00-6:00)
- cooperation with engineers and programmers
We require
- High school education, preferably in a technical field
- very good PC skills
- basic knowledge of hardware
- basic knowledge of computer networks
- general knowledge of the Internet, web hosting, databases, domains, DNS, IP, etc. (more than user level)
- basic knowledge of programming in PHP, MySQL, HTML – need to know PHP code and solve basic problems
- basic knowledge of the Linux operating system
- willingness for further education in IT, improving qualifications
- knowledge of English at least at a passive level
- commutativity
- criminal record
- great appetite for work, dedication
- active approach, initiative
Advantage
- advanced knowledge of programming (e.g. bash, PHP, Java, SQL)
- knowledge of some CMS systems in PHP – e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop, etc.
- advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows Server OS administration
- advanced knowledge of computer networks
- active knowledge of English or other languages
