Payment options

[gtranslate]

For payment of our services we offer a large number of payment methods – bank transfer, credit cards, cash at Sazka terminals and the Czech Post Office, online payments at some banks. And finally, a deposit account, a convenient way to pay for multiple services.

One of our goals is to offer the most convenient payment for orders of our services. This is especially the case when a customer needs to register a domain name very quickly or to renew it at the last minute.

Payment methods

  • wire transfer – classic transfer to our bank account, within the Czech Republic 1 working day
  • credit card – online payment using your credit/debit card, processing time 10 minutes
  • GoPay wallet – pay with your credit at www.gopay.cz, processing time 10 minutes
  • superCASH – payment in cash at SAZKA terminals and branches of the Czech Post, processing time 10 minutes (almost 5000 payment points across the Czech Republic, they are usually open even on weekends and holidays, sometimes late into the night)
  • Mojeplatba – on-line payment from Komerční banka account, processing time up to 1 hour
  • ePlatby – on-line payment from Raiffeisenbank account, processing time up to 1 hour
  • mPeníze – on-line payment from mBank account, processing time up to 1 hour

In the future we are planning other ways, such as PayPal.

Advance account

However, we consider an advance payment account to be the essential payment method. Any customer can send any amount in advance, which creates a kind of credit with us, and from this they can pay orders immediately and there is no need to wait for any payment transactions.

You might argue that our competitors offer this as well. However, in most cases this only applies to domain registrations. However, with us you can pay for all services – domains, web hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers and serverhousing.

You can send credit to your imprest account in any of the ways listed above. Billing is done once a month or on request. You won’t drown in a lot of accounting documents if you have e.g. many domains.
