Joint statement of VSHosting, s.r.o. and WEDOS Internet, a.s. on the conditions of the TIER IV standard

VSHosting, s.r.o. and WEDOS Internet, a.s. hereby jointly declare that neither of them holds a TIER IV certification awarded by Uptime Institute, LLC.

VSHosting, s.r.o. and WEDOS Internet, a.s. hereby jointly declare that as of today neither of them has been officially confirmed by any certification agency that its data centre currently meets the standards for TIER IV certification.

WEDOS Internet, a.s. declares that it is currently actively seeking TIER IV certification for the WEDOS 2 data centre, which it intends to build in accordance with TIER IV certification standards, and on 31. On May 5, 2017, Uptime Institute, LLC submitted an official application for TIER IV certification.

WEDOS Internet, a.s. further declares that it is not currently seeking TIER IV certification for the WEDOS 1 data centre.

VSHosting, s.r.o. hereby declares that it has been awarded TIER IV certification by the Uptime Institute, LLC. for any of its data centers at this time.

About us

The company WEDOS Internet, a.s. was founded in 2010 and within 25 months it became the largest provider of web hosting services in the Czech Republic.

We have our own two private datacentres in Hluboká Nad Vltavou, where only our servers and technology are located. The second datacentre, where the servers will be cooled in an oil bath, is built and we are preparing everything for start-up. For the third datacentre we have already bought the land and are processing the necessary permits.
