At the beginning, we will introduce the location of our building in which we will build the datacenter, its immediate surroundings. In the article you can find a photo gallery of the exterior and surroundings.
Our building is located at Masarykova 40 in the centre of Hluboká nad Vltavou. The building itself does not yet have its own descriptive number, so it uses the descriptive number of the post office building. The building is relatively hidden, on one side it is accessible only through the entrance to the Czech Post Office courtyard and on the other side it is partially recessed into the hillside and can be easily overlooked from the road above the hillside. You probably won’t find it without detailed instructions.
The building has a ground floor and 1. floor and is currently owned by Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s., it will be sold within 2 months.
On the map our building is highlighted in blue, the land that belongs to it in green. The grey colour shows the municipal road, the hatched strip is the access road to the building through the yard of the Czech Post Office.
