{"id":39287,"date":"2017-05-22T08:29:20","date_gmt":"2017-05-22T06:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.wedos.cz\/?p=39287"},"modified":"2021-04-29T10:06:02","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T08:06:02","slug":"tier-iv-a-podpurne-systemy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.wedos.com\/cs\/tier-iv-a-podpurne-systemy","title":{"rendered":"TIER IV a podp\u016frn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pokud sledujete n\u00e1\u0161 seri\u00e1l, tak za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te m\u00edt p\u0159edstavu o tom, co v\u0161e mus\u00ed datacentrum spl\u0148ovat, aby mohlo m\u00edt certifikaci TIER IV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wedos.cz\/tier-a-certifikace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prvn\u00edm d\u00edle seri\u00e1lu<\/a>&nbsp;jsme se v\u011bnovali tomu, co je pojem TIER obecn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wedos.cz\/tier-iv-a-bezpecnost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">druh\u00e9m d\u00edle seri\u00e1lu<\/a>&nbsp;jsme se v\u011bnovali tomu, jak se u TIER posuzuje bezpe\u010dnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wedos.cz\/tier-iv-a-napajeni\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minul\u00e9m d\u00edle&nbsp;seri\u00e1lu<\/a>&nbsp;jsme se dozv\u011bd\u011bli o nap\u00e1jen\u00ed a co v\u0161e mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat nap\u00e1jen\u00ed.Dnes probereme nap\u00e1jen\u00ed a v\u0161e kolem podp\u016frn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f jako jsou chlazen\u00ed, ha\u0161en\u00ed&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chlazen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z kapitoly o nap\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00edte, \u017ee v\u0161e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt odd\u011blen\u00e9 a to nejen fyzicky, ale i protipo\u017e\u00e1rn\u011b. V podstat\u011b nesm\u00edte nikde m\u00edt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd soub\u011bh v jednom prostoru nebo se v\u00e1m nesm\u00ed kabely nikde k\u0159\u00ed\u017eit. U chlazen\u00ed je to podobn\u00e9. Zde tak\u00e9 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt fyzick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed a to nejen u nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 u potrub\u00ed a jak\u00e9koliv podp\u016frn\u00e9 kabel\u00e1\u017ee (m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed klimatizac\u00ed). V\u0161e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt odd\u011blen\u00e9 v r\u016fzn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se nic nesm\u00ed ani k\u0159\u00ed\u017eit (v r\u00e1mci jednoho prostoru).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed je to, \u017ee<strong>&nbsp;fyzick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen vnit\u0159n\u00edch jednotek a kabel\u00e1\u017ee, ale tak\u00e9 venkovn\u00edch jednotek, kter\u00e9 nemohou b\u00fdt &#8222;jen tak vedle sebe&#8220;.<\/strong>&nbsp;I zde se mus\u00ed db\u00e1t na to, aby v\u0161e bylo dostate\u010dn\u011b odd\u011blen\u00e9 a to jak z d\u016fvodu fyzick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika p\u0159i jak\u00e9koliv hav\u00e1rii, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. Nesta\u010d\u00ed tedy naskl\u00e1dat jednotky na st\u0159echu budovy a \u0159\u00edkat, \u017ee spl\u0148ujete TIER IV. To ur\u010dit\u011b nespl\u0148ujete. Kabel\u00e1\u017e a potrub\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt odd\u011blen\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zcela servisovateln\u00e9 tak, abyste v\u017edy dok\u00e1zali zajistit 100% chlazen\u00ed cel\u00e9ho datacentra.<br><br>Chlazen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zaji\u0161t\u011bno tak, abyste zajistili bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed na pot\u0159ebnou (a p\u0159edem stanovenou hodnotu) za jak\u00e9koliv situace. Tedy i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch venkovn\u00edch teplot (vysok\u00fdch \u010di n\u00edzk\u00fdch). V tomto posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed se vych\u00e1z\u00ed z kritick\u00fdch hodnot pro danou lokalitu a posuzuj\u00ed se individu\u00e1ln\u011b (n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho bude v \u010cR, n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho v Egypt\u011b a n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho v Norsku). Je rozd\u00edl v tom, zda chlad\u00edte v zim\u011b nebo v l\u00e9t\u011b, kdy\u017e v \u010cR mohou teploty dos\u00e1hnout 34-35 stup\u0148\u016f a v rozp\u00e1len\u00fdch m\u011bstech je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce a na slunci mnohem v\u00edce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed tedy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v re\u017eimu minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2N nebo 2(N+1). To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2x tolik klimatizac\u00ed, ne\u017e pot\u0159ebujete na 100% z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee cel\u00e9ho datacentra za jak\u00e9hokoliv po\u010das\u00ed. Mus\u00edte m\u00edt tedy nejen dostate\u010dn\u011b dimenzovan\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed pro ka\u017edou situaci, ale cel\u00e9 to mus\u00edte m\u00edt minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2x. V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na ka\u017ed\u00e9 chlad\u00edc\u00ed v\u011btvi mus\u00edte m\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b 1 (nebo v\u00edc) klimatizac\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00edch pro p\u0159\u00edpad v\u00fdpadku jak\u00e9koliv z jednotek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syst\u00e9my chlazen\u00ed z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na &#8222;chlad\u00edc\u00ed vod\u011b&#8220; musej\u00ed m\u00edt zaji\u0161t\u011bnou z\u00e1sobu vody na dobu minim\u00e1ln\u011b 12 hodin provozu a pro ka\u017edou v\u011btev by m\u011bli b\u00fdt z\u00e1soby vody &nbsp;nav\u00edc odd\u011blen\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chlazen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9 a tak mus\u00ed zahrnovat UPS, proto\u017ee jinak by p\u0159i v\u00fdpadku nap\u00e1jen\u00ed do\u0161lo k v\u00fdpadku chlazen\u00ed (po dobu, ne\u017e nastartuje motorgener\u00e1tor). B\u011b\u017en\u011b toti\u017e chlazen\u00ed funguje tak, \u017ee pokud vypadne nap\u00e1jen\u00ed datacentra, tak se p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na b\u011bh na motorgener\u00e1tor a v tom okam\u017eiku doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke kr\u00e1tk\u00e9mu v\u00fdpadku. Tento kr\u00e1tk\u00fd v\u00fdpadek servery &#8222;nepoc\u00edt\u00ed&#8220;, proto\u017ee maj\u00ed UPS (minim\u00e1ln\u011b na 15 minut provozu). Klimatizace b\u011b\u017en\u011b UPS nemaj\u00ed a tak maj\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00fd v\u00fdpadek. Zde v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eeme narazit na probl\u00e9m, \u017ee tento nepl\u00e1novan\u00fd v\u00fdpadek je zdrojem \u010dast\u00fdch poruch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee i minuta v\u00fdpadku chlazen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee pro datacentrum znamenat zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teplot o n\u011bkolik stup\u0148\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00edte jak je citliv\u00fd provoz datacentra na chlazen\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes si m\u016f\u017eete koupit servery, kde v\u00e1m v\u00fdrobci garantuj\u00ed, \u017ee servery lze provozovat do 30 nebo do 33 nebo dokonce do 40 stup\u0148\u016f teploty uvnit\u0159 datacentra. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me vysledov\u00e1no, \u017ee p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch (nad 30 stup\u0148\u016f) doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkon\u016f CPU, kter\u00e9 se nav\u00edc \u0161patn\u011b chlad\u00ed. P\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch nad 27 stup\u0148\u016f pozorujeme v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed poruchovost komponent &nbsp;a to zejm\u00e9na to\u010div\u00fdch disk\u016f. P\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu, kdy servery chlad\u00edme na cca 17 stup\u0148\u016f, tak m\u011bn\u00edme 1-3 disky m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. P\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch nad 27 stup\u0148\u016f m\u011bn\u00edme i stejn\u00fd po\u010det za den.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak to bude u WEDOS?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm datacentrum pot\u0159ebujeme pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed provozu server\u016f 2 klimatiza\u010dn\u00ed jednotky. Budeme m\u00edt zapojen\u00e9 celkem 4, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e &nbsp;jedna dvojice bude na jedn\u00e9 v\u011btvi a druh\u00e1 dvojice na druh\u00e9 v\u011btvi. Nebudou spolu propojen\u00e9, nebudou spolu \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 a nebudou spolu ani nap\u00e1jen\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 v\u011btev s vlastn\u00ed UPS. UPS nebudou slou\u017eit pro nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e pro klimatizace. Nejde tedy o UPS, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad pro servery nebo pro kancel\u00e1\u0159e, ale pouze pro klimatizace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9m datacentru m\u00e1me velmi \u00faspornou formu chlazen\u00ed. Je to p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd freecooling, tedy zjednodu\u0161en\u011b obrovsk\u00fd ventil\u00e1tor, kter\u00fd saje chladn\u00fd vzduch zvenku, kter\u00fd projde p\u0159es speci\u00e1ln\u00ed filtry a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se sm\u00edch\u00e1 v &#8222;mixovac\u00ed&#8220; komo\u0159e na st\u00e1lou teplotu (s p\u0159esnost\u00ed na 0,1 stupn\u011b). Tento vzduch (p\u0159efiltrovan\u00fd a nastaven\u00fd na spr\u00e1vnou teplotu &#8211; cca 17 stup\u0148\u016f) se fouk\u00e1 do zdvojen\u00e9 podlahy a putuje k server\u016fm do tzv. studen\u00e9 uli\u010dky (mezi rackov\u00fdmi sk\u0159\u00edn\u011bmi je uzav\u0159en\u00fd prostor, kde tento chladn\u00fd vzduch proud\u00ed). Projde servery a oh\u0159eje se (ochlad\u00ed servery) na cca 32 stup\u0148\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u011b je ods\u00e1v\u00e1n druh\u00fdm ventil\u00e1torem ven. P\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e projde ven, tak je vyu\u017eit pro &#8222;m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed na st\u00e1lou teplotu&#8220; v mixovac\u00ed komo\u0159e. D\u00e1le je vyu\u017eit pro vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed budovy (880 m2), kterou vyt\u00e1p\u00edme pouze t\u00edmto vzduchem a to bez jedin\u00e9ho ventil\u00e1toru a jedin\u00e9ho wattu jak\u00e9koliv dal\u0161\u00ed energie (vyt\u00e1p\u00edme p\u0159etlakem p\u0159es s\u00e1drokartonov\u00e9 podhledy, kde m\u00e1me potrub\u00ed). Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed tepl\u00fd vzduch, kter\u00fd se nevyu\u017eije v mixovac\u00ed komo\u0159e a pro vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed budovy je fouk\u00e1n ven. Tento p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd freecooling je na\u0161e vlastn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V nov\u00e9m datacentru jsem \u0161li je\u0161t\u011b d\u00e1le. Chceme servery chladit v olejov\u00e9 l\u00e1zni. P\u0159edstavte si to, \u017ee servery plavou p\u0159\u00edmo v oleji. A dokonce nejen servery, ale switche v\u010detn\u011b nap\u00e1jec\u00edch kabel\u016f a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b chceme potopit i UPS. V\u0161echny komponenty jsou potopen\u00e9 ve van\u011b s olejem, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161\u0165uje jejich chlazen\u00ed. Olej vede teplo cca 1200x l\u00e9pe ne\u017e vzduch a tak pot\u0159ebuje v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b energie na chlazen\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 vana bude napojena na 2 nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 okruhy chlazen\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd okruh chlazen\u00ed bude p\u0159ipojen ke 2 r\u016fzn\u00fdm zdroj\u016fm chlad\u00edc\u00ed vody (celkem tedy budeme m\u00edt 4 zdroje chladn\u00e9 vody na chlazen\u00ed). V budov\u011b budou 2 okruhu chlad\u00edc\u00edho oleje, kter\u00fd je nevodiv\u00fd (a tak v n\u011bm dokonce mohou b\u00fdt elektrick\u00e9 kabely a z\u00e1suvky a UPS) a teplo z t\u011bchto okruh\u016f p\u0159ed\u00e1me do tepeln\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku. Tepeln\u00fdch v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk\u016f budeme m\u00edt tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolik &#8211; kv\u016fli redundanci. N\u00e1sledn\u011b teplo vyu\u017eijeme pro oh\u0159ev na\u0161\u00ed budovy (cca 1070 m2) a p\u0159ebytek (stovky kW) po\u0161leme d\u00e1l k dal\u0161\u00edmu vyu\u017eit\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed soused\u016f nebo m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho koupali\u0161t\u011b). Ale o tomhle (a mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 ekonomice tohoto chlazen\u00ed) a\u017e n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b. Jen pro zaj\u00edmavost uvedeme, \u017ee olej m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt a\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 60 stup\u0148\u016f a v\u0161e funguje! Dokonce m\u016f\u017eete servery p\u0159etaktovat&#8230;, ale skute\u010dn\u011b tohle nech\u00e1me na n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b. Podstatn\u00e9 je to, \u017ee v\u0161e je pln\u011b z\u00e1lohovan\u00e9 &#8211; potrub\u00ed, \u010derpadla, kabel\u00e1\u017e, rozvody v olejov\u00fdch van\u00e1ch a pln\u011b redundantn\u00ed a pln\u011b servisovateln\u00e9. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed je to, \u017ee v\u0161e je zapojen\u00e9 p\u0159es UPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ha\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed alarm a spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ha\u0161en\u00ed jsou jedinou v\u00fdjimkou (spolu s Emergency stop), kdy m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k odst\u00e1vce datacentra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detekce ha\u0161en\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt du\u00e1ln\u00ed. V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me 2 r\u016fzn\u00e9 detek\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my a ka\u017ed\u00fd je na jin\u00e9m principu a od jin\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jinak se certifikace moc ha\u0161en\u00ed nev\u011bnuje, proto\u017ee odkazuje na to, \u017ee mus\u00edte spl\u0148ovat z\u00e1konn\u00e9 legislativn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 plat\u00ed v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch a ty dost se li\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1me situaci ohledn\u011b ha\u0161en\u00ed \u0159e\u0161enu n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9m datacentru m\u00e1me instalovan\u00fd stabiln\u00ed has\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m s plynem FM200 od fimy FIKE. Tento plyn se v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru vypust\u00ed a vypln\u00ed prostor v serverovn\u011b tak, \u017ee dojde k uha\u0161en\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru. V nov\u00e9m datacentru budeme m\u00edt stabiln\u00ed has\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m s nov\u011b patentovan\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem pro datacentra od americk\u00e9 firmy FIKE. Zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak to, \u017ee v serverovn\u011b budeme m\u00edt celou dobu &nbsp;sn\u00ed\u017eenou hladinu kysl\u00edku na cca 13-15%. To je koncentrace, kdy nezap\u00e1l\u00edte nic. Tak\u017ee tam preventivn\u011b budeme po\u017e\u00e1ru p\u0159edch\u00e1zet t\u00edmto speci\u00e1ln\u00edm syst\u00e9mem a po\u017e\u00e1r by tam nem\u011bl nikdy vzniknout a pokud vznikne, tak &nbsp;zde budou ru\u010dn\u00ed has\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zas\u00e1hne automatick\u00fd stabiln\u00ed has\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161ude m\u00e1me samoz\u0159ejm\u011b r\u016fzn\u00e9 has\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje pro p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd rychl\u00fd ru\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1sah. Has\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje m\u00e1me podle toho, co maj\u00ed hasit (nap\u0159\u00edklad u server\u016f jsou jin\u00e9, ne\u017e u UPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zna\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako zaj\u00edmavost m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u00ednit to, \u017ee TIER nap\u0159\u00edklad vy\u017eaduje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch komponent, v\u010detn\u011b barevn\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed a rozli\u0161en\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch v\u011btv\u00ed A a B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podpora 24\/7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je to, \u017ee pro TIER IV mus\u00edte m\u00edt v budov\u011b neust\u00e1le minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 pracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou vy\u0161koleni na obsluhu a sezn\u00e1meni s provozem cel\u00e9ho datacentra a jsou schopni reagovat na jak\u00e9koliv probl\u00e9my nebo kritick\u00e9 situace. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee tam musej\u00ed b\u00fdt v re\u017eimu 24\/7, tedy 24 hodin denn\u011b, 7 dn\u00ed v t\u00fddnu a 365 (nebo 366) dn\u00ed v roce. Celou dobu tam mus\u00edte m\u00edt 2 pracovn\u00edky. Pokud to p\u0159epo\u010dtete na n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u00favazky, odpo\u010dtete dovolen\u00e9 apod., tak se dostanete k tomu, \u017ee jen na spln\u011bn\u00ed t\u00e9to podm\u00ednky pot\u0159ebujete re\u00e1ln\u011b cca 13-14 pracovn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee tolik pracovn\u00edk\u016f m\u00e1te, ale musej\u00ed b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b v budov\u011b.
