Dozv\u00edte se, jak to cel\u00e9 funguje a prob\u00edh\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>V prvn\u00edm d\u00edle na\u0161eho nov\u00e9ho seri\u00e1lu o certifika\u010dn\u00edm procesu TIER si p\u0159edstav\u00edme samotn\u00fd certifik\u00e1t TIER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve sv\u011bt\u011b je pojem TIER spojov\u00e1n s hodnocen\u00edm ur\u010dit\u00e9 kvality &#8211; \u00farovn\u011b &#8211; datacentra. D\u0159\u00edve byl pojem TIER pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n ve spojen\u00ed s normou ANSI\/TIA-942 (vydan\u00e9 The Telecommunications Industry Association akreditovan\u00e9 ANSI &#8211; American National Standards Institute).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od roku 2014 tato norma pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 m\u00edsto TIER tzv. Rating. Samotn\u00fd TIER, respektive p\u0159esn\u011bji &#8222;TIER Standard&#8220; z\u016fstal v\u0161eobecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdm pojmem pro hodnocen\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b datacenter. P\u0159ebrala jej americk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Uptime Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UptimeInstitut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dneme tedy s Uptime Institute, LLC. Jedn\u00e1 se o americkou spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 zastoupen\u00ed v Lond\u00fdn\u011b. Jsme s nimi ve spojen\u00ed v\u00edce jak 2 roky, proto\u017ee m\u00e1me z\u00e1jem od nich z\u00edskat ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed certifikaci pro na\u0161e datacentra. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby prob\u011bhlo n\u011bkolik r\u016fzn\u00fdch ofici\u00e1ln\u00edch jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed certifikace je \u010dasov\u011b mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd proces, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud chcete nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 TIER IV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samotn\u00e1 certifikace a proces certifikace je op\u0159eden mnoha m\u00fdty, a proto se pokus\u00edme v\u0161e vysv\u011btlit v na\u0161em miniseri\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak u\u017e jsme zm\u00ednili, cel\u00e1 certifikace je velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a zabere spoustu \u010dasu. M\u016f\u017ee trvat n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a\u017e n\u011bkolik let. Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je za\u010d\u00edt ji\u017e na sam\u00e9m po\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159\u00edprav pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed datacentra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00edpravy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Daleko n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edpravy, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud chcete z\u00edskat TIER IV. Na v\u0161echna krit\u00e9ria, kter\u00fdch jsou mimochodem stovky, je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t ohled u\u017e p\u0159i n\u00e1vrhu a stavb\u011b datacentra. Existuj\u00ed toti\u017e v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i \u0161patn\u00e9m n\u00e1vrhu (projektu) datacentra u\u017e nejdou napravit. Nap\u0159\u00edklad zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed fyzick\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed kabel\u00e1\u017ee uvnit\u0159 budovy nebo \u0161patn\u011b vybran\u00e1 lokalita nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad nemo\u017enost zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch optick\u00fdch tras do budovy z r\u016fzn\u00fdch sm\u011br\u016f bez soub\u011bhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 TIER IV dokonce vy\u017eaduje, aby se v okol\u00ed nenach\u00e1zela d\u00e1lnice, \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed koridor, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 komplexy anebo leti\u0161t\u011b. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed tedy i nebezpe\u010d\u00ed spojen\u00e1 s leteck\u00fdmi trasami anebo bl\u00edzkost chemick\u00fdch tov\u00e1ren. P\u0159i projektov\u00e1n\u00ed datacentra se tak mus\u00ed br\u00e1t ohled i na lokaci, kde m\u00e1 budouc\u00ed datacentrum st\u00e1t (a bere se v potaz v\u0161e v okol\u00ed cca 2,4 km).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifikace \u0159e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vlastn\u00ed provozn\u00ed vlastnosti datacentra a jej\u00edm \u00fa\u010delem je minimalizovat p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd v\u00fdpadek v d\u016fsledku vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch anebo vnit\u0159n\u00edch vliv\u016f. Jak u\u017e bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno v\u00fd\u0161e, v\u011bnuje se samotn\u00e9 budov\u011b a lokalit\u011b (rizika spojena s p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi katastrofami jako jsou povodn\u011b, zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00ed, torn\u00e1da a rizika spojen\u00e1 s nevhodnou lokalitou pro provoz datacentra ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le&nbsp;<strong>je nutn\u00e9 se detailn\u011b v\u011bnovat v\u0161em z\u00e1le\u017eitostem ohledn\u011b nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u00e1jen\u00ed \u010di zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nap\u00e1jen\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u0161ech kritick\u00fdch situac\u00ed. Velk\u00fd d\u016fraz je kladen na chlazen\u00ed a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 provozn\u00ed teploty pro servery.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0158e\u0161\u00ed se i fyzick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost objektu (zaob\u00edr\u00e1 se t\u0159eba t\u00edm, zda jde o budovu slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b jako datacentrum anebo jde o n\u011bjakou obecnou administrativn\u00ed budovu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifikace je tak\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u011b. \u010c\u00e1stka se odv\u00edj\u00ed podle velikosti datacentra. Ceny za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed ve stovk\u00e1ch tis\u00edc dolar\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed stav v \u010cR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010cR je&nbsp;aktu\u00e1ln\u011b certifikov\u00e1no \u0161est datacenter&nbsp;(z toho t\u0159i pat\u0159\u00ed O2). V\u0161echny jsou certifikovan\u00e9 na stupe\u0148 TIER III. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed certifikaci TIER IV \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 datacentrum nem\u00e1. Z na\u0161\u00ed komunikace s UptimeInstitut v\u00edme, \u017ee o takto n\u00e1ro\u010dnou certifikaci nikdo krom\u011b n\u00e1s ani neusiluje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud byste si cht\u011bli ov\u011b\u0159it zda va\u0161e datacentrum m\u00e1 certifikaci, tak m\u016f\u017eete&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uptimeinstitute.com\/TierCertification\/certMaps.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echna \u010desk\u00e1 certifikovan\u00e1 datacentra, krom\u011b priv\u00e1tn\u00edho datacentra DHL, maj\u00ed &#8222;pouze&#8220; stupe\u0148 &#8222;Certification of Design Documents&#8220;. DHL m\u00e1 nav\u00edc &#8222;Tier Certification of Constructed Facility&#8220;. Co to je? Vysv\u011btl\u00edme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co v\u0161e lze certifikovat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier Certification of Design Documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed krok. Certifikaci podl\u00e9h\u00e1 a vztahuje se jen na samotn\u00fd n\u00e1vrh datacentra. Je to detailn\u00ed prov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu datacentra. Tedy rizik spojen\u00fdch s jeho lokalitou, n\u00e1vrhy samotn\u00e9 budovy a r\u016fzn\u00fdch instalac\u00ed (elektro, s\u00edt\u011b), chlazen\u00ed apod.<br>Tuto certifikaci maj\u00ed (krom\u011b DHL) v\u0161echna&nbsp;aktu\u00e1ln\u011b certifikovan\u00e1&nbsp;\u010desk\u00e9 datacentra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier Certification of Constructed Facility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te spr\u00e1vn\u011b navr\u017een\u00e9 datacentrum, tak m\u016f\u017eete nechat certifikovat, \u017ee je tak i ve skute\u010dnosti postaven\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tier Certification of Operational Sustainability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te datacentrum cel\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b navr\u017een\u00e9 a dob\u0159e postaven\u00e9, tak si m\u016f\u017eete nechat certifikovat, \u017ee v\u0161e podle toho tak\u00e9 funguje. Zde u\u017e se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed a ov\u011b\u0159uje naprosto v\u0161echno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jednotliv\u00e9 stupn\u011b TIER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen pro dal\u0161\u00ed vysv\u011btlen\u00ed uvedeme, co to znamen\u00e1 kapacita &#8222;N&#8220; a &#8222;N+1&#8220; a &#8222;N+2&#8220; a &#8222;2N&#8220; a &#8222;2N+1&#8220; .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;N&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te k dispozici p\u0159esn\u011b tolik kapacity, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed na 100% provozu. P\u0159i v\u00fdpadku jak\u00e9koliv \u010d\u00e1sti dojde k poru\u0161e a k v\u00fdpadku. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad na 100% provozu pot\u0159ebujete 5 UPS a 3 klimatizace, tak jich m\u00e1te v provozu p\u0159esn\u011b 5 a 3. Nic v\u00edce a nic m\u00e9n\u011b &#8211; jen to co pot\u0159ebujete. Nesm\u00ed se porouchat nic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;N+1&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te k dispozici p\u0159esn\u011b tolik kapacity, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed na 100% provozu a nav\u00edc m\u00e1te k dispozici 1 kus z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdpadku jak\u00e9koliv d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tedy dojde k poru\u0161e, ale nedojde k v\u00fdpadku, proto\u017ee m\u00edsto porouchan\u00e9ho kusu se automaticky zprovozn\u00ed z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed kus. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad na 100% provozu pot\u0159ebujete 5 UPS a 3 klimatizace, tak jich m\u00e1te v provozu p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch 6 a 4. Tedy 1 kus od ka\u017ed\u00e9ho nav\u00edc. M\u016f\u017ee se porouchat 1d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed kus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;N+2&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te k dispozici p\u0159esn\u011b tolik kapacity, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed na 100% provozu a nav\u00edc m\u00e1te k dispozici 2 kusy z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdpadku jak\u00e9koliv d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tedy dojde k poru\u0161e, ale nedojde k v\u00fdpadku, proto\u017ee m\u00edsto porouchan\u00e9ho kusu se automaticky zprovozn\u00ed z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed kus (y). Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad na 100% provozu pot\u0159ebujete 5 UPS a 3 klimatizace, tak &nbsp;jich m\u00e1te v provozu p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch 7 a 5. Tedy 2 kusy od ka\u017ed\u00e9ho nav\u00edc. Mohou se v\u00e1m tedy porouchat 2 d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed kusy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;2N&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;(n\u011bkdy 2 x N) znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te k dispozici p\u0159esn\u011b dvakr\u00e1t tolik kapacity, kter\u00e9 jsou pot\u0159eba pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed 100% provozu. M\u00e1te tedy v\u0161e 2x. P\u0159i v\u00fdpadku jak\u00e9koliv d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tedy dojde k poru\u0161e, ale nedojde k v\u00fdpadku, proto\u017ee provoz je zaji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159es druhou v\u011btev, kter\u00e1 je zcela identick\u00e1. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad na 100% provozu pot\u0159ebujete 5 UPS a 3 klimatizace, tak jich m\u00e1te v provozu 10 a 6. Tedy 5 kus\u016f UPS nav\u00edc a 3 klimatizace nav\u00edc. M\u016f\u017ee se tedy porouchat polovina za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a st\u00e1le by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v\u0161e v provozu (za p\u0159edpokladu spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu zapojen\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8222;2N+1&#8220;<\/strong>&nbsp;(n\u011bkdy 2 x N+1 ) znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1te k dispozici p\u0159esn\u011b dvakr\u00e1t tolik kapacity, kter\u00e9 jsou pot\u0159eba pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed 100% provozu a nav\u00edc m\u00e1te k dispozici 1 kus z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed na ka\u017ed\u00e9 v\u011btvi. M\u00e1te tedy v\u0161e 2x plus rezervn\u00ed kus. P\u0159i v\u00fdpadku jak\u00e9koliv d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tedy dojde k poru\u0161e, ale nedojde k v\u00fdpadku, proto\u017ee provoz je zaji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159ed druhou v\u011btev, kter\u00e1 je zcela identick\u00e1 a nav\u00edc jednotliv\u00fd kus je nahrazen n\u00e1hradn\u00edm kusem. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad na 100% provozu pot\u0159ebujete 5 UPS a 3 klimatizace, tak jich m\u00e1te v provozu 12 a 8. Tedy 6 kus\u016f UPS nav\u00edc a 5 klimatizac\u00ed nav\u00edc. M\u016f\u017ee se tedy porouchat (v\u00edce ne\u017e) polovina za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a st\u00e1le by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v\u0161e v provozu (za p\u0159edpokladu spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu zapojen\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TIER I<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V podstat\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o jednoduchou serverovou m\u00edstnost, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 z\u00e1lohovan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kritick\u00e9 (a ani nekritick\u00e9) komponenty. V\u00fdpadek jak\u00e9koliv komponenty zp\u016fsob\u00ed s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed v\u00fdpadek slu\u017eeb datacentra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde se hovo\u0159\u00ed o tom, \u017ee mus\u00edte zajistit kapacitu o velikosti&nbsp;<strong>N&nbsp;<\/strong>komponent. Nav\u00edc V\u00e1m pro tuto \u00farove\u0148 sta\u010d\u00ed pouze jedna distribu\u010dn\u00ed cesta. Tedy v\u0161echny komponenty m\u00e1te pouze jednou (bez redundance) a to na celkov\u011b 100% kapacity.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TIER II<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsou kapacitn\u00ed komponenty (UPS, motorgener\u00e1tor) redundantn\u00ed a ka\u017edou komponentu mus\u00edte b\u00fdt schopni odstavit a vypnout a v\u017edy zachovat dostate\u010dnou (100%) kapacitu pro b\u011bh kritick\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u00edstnost se servery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echny kapacitn\u00ed prvky m\u00e1 datacentrum spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed TIER II v n\u00e1vrhu&nbsp;<strong>N+1, n\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 ud\u00e1van\u00fd jako N+R<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TIER III<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde se ji\u017e v\u0161e trochu komplikuje. V\u0161echny IT komponenty mus\u00ed m\u00edt&nbsp;<strong>dv\u011b nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 nap\u00e1jec\u00ed v\u011btve, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e alespo\u0148 jedna mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u017edy funk\u010dn\u00ed (druh\u00e1 je nebo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v re\u017eimu stand-by)<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>a mus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopn\u00e1 zvl\u00e1dnout 100% z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e p\u0159i jak\u00e9koliv poru\u0161e nebo odst\u00e1vce<\/strong>. V\u0161echny IT za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed musej\u00ed m\u00edt redundantn\u00ed nap\u00e1jen\u00ed a pokud nemaj\u00ed, tak mus\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt takzvan\u00e9 ATS p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aspektem t\u00e9to \u00farovn\u011b je vlastnost &#8222;Concurrently Maintainable&#8220; neboli neust\u00e1l\u00e1 udr\u017eitelnost.<\/strong>&nbsp;Pod t\u00edm pojmem je mo\u017en\u00e9 si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 komponenta m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odebr\u00e1na kv\u016fli \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b, oprav\u011b \u010di pl\u00e1nov\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b bez vlivu na kritick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a IT procesy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le mus\u00edte m\u00edt i redundantn\u00ed chlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echny komponenty jsou postaven\u00e9 o kapacit\u00e1ch&nbsp;<strong>N+1<\/strong>, tedy, \u017ee v\u0161echny komponenty dohromady dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zajistit provoz 100% z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee datacentra a z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1te u ka\u017ed\u00e9 komponenty v\u0161echny prvky redundantn\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud na 100% z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pot\u0159ebujete 3 UPS, tak mus\u00edte m\u00edt alespo\u0148 1 dal\u0161\u00ed UPS nav\u00edc, tedy pot\u0159ebujte celkem 4 UPS. 3 jsou nutn\u00e9 pro provoz a ta \u010dtvrt\u00e1 je jako z\u00e1loha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 mezistupn\u011b TIER III+ apod. neexistuj\u00ed a jsou to jen marketingov\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed obchodn\u00edk\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch datacenter (a my jsme se nechali historicky tak\u00e9 zl\u00e1kat a pou\u017eili jsme toto ozna\u010den\u00ed ve spojen\u00ed s n\u00e1mi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TIER IV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde ji\u017e p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce komplikac\u00ed.
